・流量計を取り扱う商社に代理店契約をお願いし、彼らに貴社製品を販売してもらう。
・貴社製品を販売する代理店を増やしていき、日本全体に販売網を作る。
この販売計画をとる理由は以下である:
・当社は熱式流量計・渦式流量計の販売網がない。
・高知県は都心部から遠く、営業活動を行うのに向いていないため、自力で販売網を拡大するのは難しい。
・流量計を取り扱う商社は私たちに比べ、熱式流量計・渦式流量計についてよく知り、これら流量計の販売先である発電所や工場などの顧客を多く持っている。
Plan of sales
We ask a trading company that handles the flowmeters to execute a contract of agency, and
they sell the items manufactured by your company.
We increase the number of the agency that sells the items manufactured by your company, and establish a
sales network across Japan.
We made this plan by the following reasons.
We do not have a sales network of the flowmeters by heating and whirlpool.
As Kochi prefecture is far from Tokyo, it is not good for carrying out the sales activity and thereby it is difficult for us to expand the sales network by ourselves.
The trading companies that handle the flowmeters are well versed in the flowmeters by heating and whirlpool in comparison with us. They also have many customers such as the power plants and factories to which they sell the flowmeters.
