１．配送設定については、フライトスケジュールや通関手続きで配送が遅れることが時々あり、顧客からのクレームを受け易い速達便を停止して、一般配送のみの設定にする。
２．商品を迅速に顧客へ届けるための手段として、FBAの利用を推進する。
３．重量が大きい商品についても一般配送で航空便を利用できる送料設定にする。

the delivery system we use in general.
2. In order to deliver the items to the customers promptly, we promote the use of FBA.
3. Regarding the items whose weight is large, we will change to the fee where the customers
can use the air mail by using the delivery system we use in general.
