2016年主要国首脳会議長野県誘致推進協議会は、12月25日、軽井沢大賀ホールで「長野県・軽井沢サミット誘致推進シンポジウム in 軽井沢大賀ホール」を開催する。
2016年に日本で開催を予定している主要国首脳会議の誘致に向け、県内機運を盛り上げるとともに、県民にサミットへの理解を深めてもらうことが目的。
7月4日には長野県議会でサミット誘致を採択、阿部守一長野県知事がサミット誘致を正式表明し、官民一体で進めるべく関係団体による誘致推進協議会が新たに発足した。

The council of promoting an invitation of Nagano prefecture for the summit meeting of the industrialized countries 2016 is going to hold the "Symposium of promoting the invitation of the Karuizawa summit meeting in Nagano prefecture in Karuizawa Oga Hall" in the Karuizawa Oga Hall on December 25th.

The summit meeting on Nagano Promotion Committee 2016 will hold "the Nagano Karuizawa summit promotion symposium in Karuizawa Ohga Hall" at the Ohga Hall, Karuizawa on December 25th.
