直近の成績としては、以前提出させていただいたプランである、全ての商品への追跡番号付与が効果的に働いており、直近の注文故障率は劇的に改善されてきているところです。

For the recent scores, the plan which we submitted before and is to add trucking numbers to all the products is working effectively, so the recent failure rate for orders has been improving dramatically.
Would you be able to give us some extra time and another chance to achieve the goal to make the failure rate for orders under 1%? We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
