上記A~Cのいずれの場合でも、以下の三点についてはCOにおける活動を認める条件としてCA社に提示したいと考えています。
① CA社が当社所有地（主に道路）を利用する際は当社が定めるルールに従う。
② COにおける活動に起因する責任は（過去から将来にわたり）すべてCA社が負う。
③ 当社はCOにおける活動をやめさせる権利をもつ。
We'd like to suggest the following three things as requirements for us to approve activities in CO to company CA in any of the cases A～C above.
1. They act on rules our company has made when company CA uses a land (especially a road) our company owns.
2. All of responsibilities caused by activities in CO are to be taken by company CA (through the past to the future).
3. Our company has a right to stop activities in CO.
