６つの内紐が内側ではなく外側に付いていました。
これは不良品ですか？

The Serenity Pillow case is just a product with a pattern on it, correct?
Did you send the wrong product?
2. The brunch comforter cover, double size
The six inside chords are attached to the outside not the inside.
Is this a faulty product?
Please send my new versions of these products ASAP.

Or is it a different item sent to us us mistake?

Six of the inner cords that was supposed to be inside has been made external.
Is it a product defect?
