他の一般小売店には在庫があるようですが、仕入れ値が定価になってしまうので安価に販売する事が出来ません。

I'm afraid the stock of the products aren't received yet by inquiry to the wholesaler's.
However,it seems there is stock at some other retail stores,but the cost will be the same as the price we sell. So that selling them in a low price is impossible.
