貴社は最初はFedEx で発送したしかし10日以上たっても私のところに荷物は届かなかったので問い合わせした
その後荷物が返品されたとのメールを受け取ったがその理由は説明されなかった
それから今度はDHLで発送され荷物は到着したが箱を開けてみたら激しく破損していた、使用不可能な状態となっていた。
また発送を依頼してから到着まで1か月も時間かかったのに送料は増額され差額をカードから落とされていたのは納得がいかない
今回の顛末の説明をお願いします
At first, you sent the package to us by FedEx, but the package didn't arrive after more than 10 days have passed, so I made an inquiry.
Afterwards, I received an e-mail saying that the package was returned, but the reason was not explained.
Then, this time the package was sent by DHL, and the package arrived, but I opened the box to find the item severely damaged. It was unusable.
Moreover, it took one month from the request of shipment to arrival, but the shipment fee was increased, and the difference was withdrawn from the credit card, and I'm dissatisfied with this.
