It's in the 52nd floor in Mori building. It also have a void over 11 meters, about 300 meters a lap, and 4,735 square meters, which is one of the biggest observatories in Japan.
By the way, when you want to go beyond, you can go to Sky Deck with another 500 yen (child of 4~15 years old are 300 yen).
