First, there was no obligation to compensate per the opinion of Amazon for the problem this time.
The reason being that the customs check is a problem outside our control and we have proceeded with the shipping prior to the scheduled shipping date.
However, we have decided to refund you a portion of the shipping fee of 3.5 dollars after discussing the problem thoroughly.
This is because we still want to do business with you and we do not want you to have a more unpleasant Christmas.
