The unique technique Koshu Inden which was made of deer leather and decorated with Japanese lacquer was invented by the remote ancestor Uehara Yushichi, who founded ShirushiTsuto-ya in 1582 of the Edo period. Deer leather was used for decoration or armor of Sengoku warlords in the history spanning 400 years. [yoroi"] was recalled from the historical fact. The Koshu Inden of ShirushiTsuto-ya is a traditional craft of Yamanashi which has being taken advantage of the technology that had been developed in the areas of a jewelry industry of Japan.
