こんにちは、我々は地震の被害がありましたが元気で頑張っています。
ソフトウェア製品の売り上げレポートを送ります。
このところ、売り上げ落ち続け大変残念に思います。
理由としては、このソフトウェアの日本語版がWINDOWS７とMacOSX（10・6）に対応していない事が大きいです。
ユーザーの利用ＰＣ環境のほとんどは、最新のＯＳになっています。
製品をアップデートしなければ売り上げのＵＰは望めないでしょう。

Hi. We had some earthquake damage but still doing fine.
Here's the software sales report.
We regret that the sales have kept declining lately.
The reason is mainly that the Japanese version of the software is not compatible with Windows 7 and MacOSX(10.6).
The user environment has mostly become the latest version OS.
It might not be possible to increase the sales unless the software is updated.

Hello. Though we faces difficulties by the earthquake but we are doing well.
IWe send you a sales report of softwear product.
Recently it is falling so we are very sad about it.
A big reason for it is that the Japanese version of this softwear does not correspond with WINDOWS7 and MacOSX (10.6).
Many users PC environment is the latest OS.
We think we cannot hope the sales increasing without updating our product.

Hi,we are strugling cheerfully though there were a damage done by the earthquake.I will send you a report of selling software product.Thesedays,there are a dropping of sales so, we are feeling very regrettable.As the reason,it is big for this product of japanese version not to correspond to WINDOWS7 and MacOSX(10.6).A surrounding of user`s pc is more or less a latest os.If we will not do updating the product,increse of the sale is not hoped.
