フラッグは既にお客様に手元にありますが、サインの所在が分からないため、
返品を提案しています。調べたサインの特徴とはっきりと一致しないサインが多い印象があり、大変失礼ですが、真偽を疑ってしまいました。もし、後日届くフラッグも同様の場合、全て返品したいと思います。

The customer got the flag but because i do not know the whereabouts of the sign so i have proposed to send back again. There are many signs that do not match with the feature of the searched sign. I am sorry but I have suspected the authenticity. I think i will return all the goods if you delivery to us the same things next time

I don’t mean to be a rude but I have doubted the authenticity because the distinction of the sign have not meet that of I have researched.
