なお、通常の返金についてはアマゾン本部を通じて行うため、お客様の最終到着期日である11月18日以降の手続きとなります。
We had annouced the other day that the item you orderd would be delivered around October 17th approximately, however please allow 2 weeks of delay, though this happens rarely, due to the international mail and we would appreciate you could wait another week to get the item in your hand. In the case you cannot waiter further, we could refund the payment and the mailing cost plus 5 dollar extra as the amazon voucher via email (as PDF attachement).
Regular refund process is done through the amazon headquarters, and will be processed on and after Novemver 18th, which is the final due date of the delivery of the items you ordered.
