ただ、Bは素晴らしい状態でしたが、Aは顔の部分に大きくヒビが入っていました。
とても丁寧に梱包されていましたので、配送中についた傷とは考えにくく、元々あった傷だと思います。

あなたは出品ページに傷について記載していませんでした。
とても残念です。この状態だと知っていれば私は入札しなかったでしょう。
返送するには送料がとても掛かりますので50ドルの返金を求めます。

I received a product a couple of days ago.
Thank you for your prompt shipping and careful packaging.
B was perfect but I found a large crack on face of A.
It was carefully packaged, and it is almost impossible to be damaged during
delivery. Then, it must have been damaged before packaging.
Please check attached picture.
You have not mentioned damage at the page where products are exhibited.
I feel sorry for it. I must not have tendered a bid if I had known this.
It costs a lot if I return it to you, and I request you to refund 50 dollars.

The B was in a perfect condition. However, The A had a huge crack on its face.
Since it was carefully packaged, we highly doubt it was damaged during shipping and it was probably damaged before it's shipped.
Please find attached pictures.
You did not mention about this damage on the item listing.
We are very disappointed about it, and we would have bid on it if we knew it ahead.
Since it costs a lot of money to return it to you, we would like to get a refund of $50.
