○○のビジネスについて、発展させるためには出展する土地の氏神様にまずは挨拶をしたほうが良いとのことでした。フィリピンのどこで店舗を構えるか決まっていますか？場所が決まっていれば教えてください。先生に確認をします。
土地の裁判の件は、次回フィリピンに行った際にその土地を見に行ってうまくいくように進めると仰っていました。

He or she said that regarding the business of ○○, I had better say hello to guardian god of the land we exhibit at first for the purpose of developing.
Have you decided in what part of Philippines you are going to establish a store? If it is already decided, please let me know. I will check it with the teacher.
Regarding law suit of the land, he or she told me to handle it appropraitely when I go to Philippines next time see the land.
