The item that arrived today is of the condition that differs greatly from the seller's description. Firstly, the durable metal part was noticeably indented and warped. However, the fragile glass part was not damaged at all. The box that the item was in appears to be perfectly intact. This means that the damage was neither from the customs employee or any other third person dropping the package upon inspection nor caused during transportation.

This time, an item with quality greatly differing from what the seller described was delivered to me. First of all, the hard, metallic parts were dented badly and bent. However, the fragile glass parts suffered no damage at all. There was no visible damage on the outer packaging either. This means that it is not an accident caused by customs agents or any other third party mishandling the package during inspection, or vibrations during transportation.
