■ It is very large scale project to receive an order for the Railway System in Turkey. I really want WIE head office in France upon reception of order to have responsibility for directing their subsidiaries proper role-sharing towards this project. In other word, Plant at head office in France has latest technology but the subsidiaries in China and India etc., can be employed to reduce the labor cost thus cutting the entire project cost. WIE should identify the work requires latest technology and the work can be proceed with conventional technology.

The order recieved from Turky is a railway system and very big scale. I think the headquarter WIE shall be in charge and allocate quota of roles in the order to each affiliated company in Spain, China and India.
For example the plant of headquarter in French has a state of art technology. While affiliated campanies in China and India is feasible to suppress labor costs so costs per se. The headquarter WIE shall categorize whether it requires a state of art technology or suffices with conventional technology.

We received orders for very large-scale railway system by Turky. T think that WIE, central office in France, should make a commitment and assign a proper role to the affiliate companies in Spain, China and India. For example, the factory of central office in France has the most recent technology. While the affiliate companies in China and India can keep a lid on employment cost. The head office should undertake part of work which requires cutting-edge technology, while the subsidieries should take on part of work which can be done with the existing technology. Both the head office and the subsidiearies should jointly take care of the order in Turkey. I disagree that each of them place a bid for the same order.
Above all, I assume this is because many countires do not have an education system to teach buying pirated products is a bad action at schools or other places. Unless people think copied or pirated products are illegal things, everyone will prefer to buy pirated ones if they provide similar quality at lower prices than genuine ones.

The central office is responsible for the processes that need the latest technologies, and other parts, which can be handled with existing ones, be done by its subsidiary companies. This is my way of thinking. Basically, I do not agree with a bid case including a central office and its subsidiary parts together.
I think it is because too many countries do not teach, at their schools, buying pirate editions is no good. If everyone thinks that the qualities of fake or pirate items are not so bad, all will buy pirate items because of their cheaper prices.

The headquarter shall accept the work load which requires a state of art technology, affiliated companies shall accept the work load which suffices with conventional technology and the headquarter and affiliated companies shall be in cooperation.
I think all of that because schools in many countries don't teach that purchasing counterfeit is a bad thing.
If everyone doesn't think that purchasing counterfeit is a bad thing and If quality of it is the same as original and it is cheaper than original, everyone will buy counterfeit.
