Clarification about "Subscriber Based" model:
3. An "Active User" shall mean a client who traded at least 1 trade through the Solution in a calendar month.
4. Each Participating Provider shall be entitled per each Active User to the Aggregate Commission divided by the Participating Providers.

3.活動的ユーザーとはソリューションを通して月の就業日に最低一回取引をした顧客を意味する。
4.参加プロバイダーは各活動的ユーザー語とのコミッション総計をそのユーザーに関わったプロバイダーの人数で割った金額を受領すべきである。
