Good morning. The tracking number below that you sent me last week is invalid.
Does this mean the shipment was cancelled? Could you figure out what happened? I would be grateful if you could provide me with contact details for the people in charge of shipments for each brand because it would make getting help when time is an issue a lot easier. Just in case. Thank you.

Hello,
The tracking number of the package I had you send last week has expired.
Does this mean that the package has been recalled? Could you find out for me? Also, having the contact details of each brand's shipping administrator will allow me to deal with situations quickly when the need arises, so could you let me know what they are? Just to be sure, thank you in advance.
