大変残念なのですが、希望していたサイズと違う商品が届きました。

私はＪＰ27が希望なのですが、届いたのはＪＰ29のサイズでした。

商品を返品して欲しいのですがお願い出来ますか？

また、１つの商品の靴底に、穴が開いているとのクレームがお客様からありました。

こちらも一緒に商品を交換して貰う事は出来ますか？

傷の様子の写真を添付しますので確認してください。

商品はＳＡＬ便で返送します。
