送料が高かったので何か安い送り方を知っていますか？
また、不良品とShamの金額はどのように返金してもらえるのですか？
海外送金だと手数料がかかってしまうので、
金額が確定した次回の注文金額から差し引いてもらうことはできますか？

Last time I shipped via EMS, but that was expensive, so I was wondering if you knew of a cheaper method.
How will the money for the defective and sham items be refunded?
International money transfers have high fees, so would it be possible to subtract it from my next order after the amount is decided upon?
