If it was made in Japan then it should have a serial number printed on it.
From the photograph I can't see anything other than normal printing on the shaft.
Are you sure this was made in Japan?
The other day I purchased some R1 heads, and about 10 customers complained that there was a crack between the Crown and Sole. They suddenly saw firework-like sparks, and the part opposite the shaft separated by about three centimeters. Of course they did not hit anything other than a ball. Because they failed so quickly it appears to be a manufacturing issue, so would it be possible to exchange them?
Thank you.

If it has Japanese specs, it should have a serial number printed on it.
As far as the photo shows, it only has a normal shaft print.

As for the R1 Head I bought the other day, my client has informed me that there was a crack between the crown and the sole. Suddenly something that resembles a spark appears, making a 3-cm crack in the opposite direction of the shaft. Of course, he has used nothing but hitting balls. Since it's probably a defective product, could you exchange it?
Thank you in advance.
