松井氏と木下氏への対応については私も迷っています。
今日松井氏のホームページをみたところ、彼は製造業者と取引をしているようです。日本では、ほとんど取扱われていない製造業者の商品を販売しているので、間違いないと思います。
彼はあなたに輸入業者でないと言っているのでしょうか？
木下氏については、彼は、いくつかの製造業者が取引できる立場にありながら、彼の店には、商品がないとゆう確かな情報があります。ですから、資金に問題があるとも言われており、我々は取引に消極的にならざる得ない。

I saw Mr. Matsui's homepage today and it seems that he is doing business with a certain manufacturer. I am sure of that as he sells items of manufacturers which are hardly provided in Japanese market. Is he saying to you that he is not an import dealer?
Regarding Mr. Kinoshita, I have reliable information. While he is able to transact with several manufacturers, his shop does not carry any products from them. Therefore, he is said to have a financial problem. We cannot help taking negative attitude toward him.
