Aの在庫に複数の製品不良や付属品の不足がありました。
今日、お客からクレームで気が付き在庫を確認すると複数見つかりました。
ポールの取り付けネジの長さや形状が異なるものた3つありました。
ポールを固定することができません。
2本付属するはずのネジ(写真を確認してください)が
3セットで合計6本不足しています。
添付した写真のパーツを上記の数量送ってください。
最近、同梱ミスや商品不良が増えています。
よく確認して送ってくださいね。
昨日と一昨日に連絡した件も含めて
早急に対応してください。
Today, I found several when I checked the stocks when customer made a notice through a claim.
There were 3 screws for installing the pole that differ in length and shape.
I was not be able to fix the pole.
2 screws that are supposed to be attached (please see the photos) are
missing a total of three sets (six screws).
Please send the above quantity of the parts as in the attached photo.
Recently, wrong packaging and bad products are increasing.
Please check them carefully and send afterwards.
Including the ones I sent yesterday and the day before yesterday,
please reply as soon as possible.
We have found some defective products among the stock of A and have also found the lack of accessories.
We have noticed them by the complaint from the customer.
We have three defective poles that cannot fix on.
Improper set screw have attached to those poles.
There is supposed to have two screws in one set of product.
Six of them are missing within three sets of product.
You can check them on the picture.
I want you to deliver those parts on the picture in attachment file.
The total amount is been written above.
The number of defective product and incorrect delivery were increasing recently.
You should check your packages before you sent them.
Including the matter I have reported yesterday and on the day before yesterday, please make a quick response.
