We are an IT company established in 2010 and having over 12 years of industrial exposure by now. We are mainly engaging in the following IT related services and already have a capacity to undertake any kind of IT related projects. 200+ IT staff are currently employed with zincat technologies(Pvt)Ltd and it

1. IT resources / Staff recruitments for outsourcing purposes.In this process, we will deploy any kind of IT persons in a specified location requested by the client or a remote location, where these IT persons can perform their duties. Payments of the tasks completed by the these resources of zincat technologies(Pvt)Ltd to be made directly to the Zincat in USD or any other currency preferred by the customer. All salaries and other benefits of the outsourced staff will be borne by Zincat.

2. IT resources recruitments for overseas direct job offers.When an overseas company / client required an IT persons to recruit to their permanent staff (ie. Project Managers, software Engineer, Quality Assurance Engineer, Web /Mobile Developer , Etc. ) , Cusolid (PVT) LTD will find the most suitable candidates for them. After a proper evaluation done by the Cusolid, the particular candidate will face for an interview with the client or a representative of the client for the final decision.

3. Supply qualified and talented IT resources for external projects ( Long term and short term basis ).When a client requires an IT team for a specific IT project, Zincat will supply qualified, tested, talented and trained staff according to the requirement of the client. All the payments for the teams will be done by the Cusolid and the company will raise invoices upon completion of the jobs or the parts of the jobs as agreed previously. Payments to be made to the Cusolid in USD or any other currency preferred by the customer.

4. ERP / POS / CRM SystemsCompany has the above products developed by its own staff. These systems are already in operation and deployed in over 300 locations in Sri Lanka and some other countries as well.

5. Websites / Web Applications / Mobile Applications - Designings and Developments Cusolid and its related companies ( zincat.net ) have a vast experience in web and mobile application developments. Hundreds of live applications are already developed by the company by now.

6. Game Developments - Company has an experienced internal game developing team and engaging with number of clients to fulfill their game requirements.
